Mode of BHU Entrance Exam 2020 – BHU Entrance Exam 2020 for UET and PET Courses will be conducted in online mode through Computer Based Test (CBT) only. This year the candidates can’t choose for the Pen and Paper/OMR-based entrance test because BHU has removed the offline entrance test system. 3 Years Duration: B.Voc in Modern Office Management is a degree course of 3 years duration. This 3 years duration is divided into 6 semesters each of six months. After the end of each semester, you will have to appear in the semester examination to go in the next semester.  Also, a minimum of 75% attendance is required to appear in the semester examination.

Course Location: The BHU conducts the “B.Voc in Modern Office Management Course” in its second campus at Banaras Hindu University South Campus, Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh.
 
 
(DDU Kaushal Kendra, Banaras Hindu University South Campus, Barkachha, Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, 231001). This BHU campus is located 70 kilometers from the main BHU campus on 2700 acres of land.
 
 
Number of Seats in Modern Office Management: There are a total of 62 seats are available for the B.Voc Modern Office Management course. Reservation of seats and other facilities will be as per University rules.
 

BHU B.Voc Modern Office Management Course Fee –

 
This course comes under the “Special Course of Study” in the courses of Banaras Hindu University so candidates will have to pay the Special course fee (13,000) with University fees (1981) and also Rs.5000/- one-time assessment fee.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements for BHU B.Voc in Modern Office Management course

 
A candidate shall be eligible for admission to B.Voc. Modern Office Management, if he/she has passed 10+2 or equivalent, in any stream (Science/ Arts/ Commerce) or level 4 NSQF certificate or any other equivalent examination recognized by the University securing at least 50% marks in aggregate.

Hostel for Bachelor of Vocation courses at Banaras Hindu University South Campus: Candidates who got Admission at RGSC BHU, are provided hostel facilities. All candidates of the B.Voc Modern Office Management course & other vocational courses students will be provided the Hostel facility.
 
Hostel Fees: Candidates will have to pay the hostel fee of Rs.4100*/– per Year (Rs.2000/- is refundable*)
 
 
Mess Charges: Apart from Hostel fees, you will also have to pay Mess fees of Rs.2900*/- per month
 
*The fees may be slightly lower or higher.

The candidates are required to fill up the Modern Office Management UET Application Form ONLINE and the Application Form will not be sold offline by the University.
 
 
Generally, the university releases the Bachelor of Vocation courses online application form in the month of February.
 
 
Application fee: 
General and OBC – Rs.600/-
SC/ST/PWD – Rs.300/-
 
 
Candidates can pay the Application fee through online mode (Debit Card, Credit Card, & Net Banking). OR through “Challan” in any branch of HDFC Bank.
 

BHU B.Voc in Modern Office Management: Entrance Exam Syllabus


 
 
In the Entrance Test of BHU B.Voc Modern Office Management, A total of 180 questions will be asked, out of 180 questions you have to solve only 150 questions in 2 hours & each question contain 3 marks so the entrance exam will be a total of 450 marks.
 
 
The Question paper will be divided into two categories: The first category contains 120 questions and the second category contains 60 questions
 
 
The first category (120 questions) contains questions from General Science, General knowledge, Current affairs, Verbal and Non-verbal Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Mathematics.


 
 
The second category contains 60 questions: 30 questions from Hindi grammar & 30 questions from English grammar.  But You will have to solve only 30 questions, you can solve 30 questions either from Hindi Grammar or 30 questions from English Grammar.
